Store Policies

  • Sellers must be 18 years of age.

  • We carry newborn sizes up to youth sizes.

  • We look for items in next-to-new and ready-to-sell condition, freshly laundered, and neatly folded into totes, boxes, or baskets. (25-pound limit on any one container)

  • We buy all seasons all year (but we also have storage and future demand limits, so this may vary by store and by time of year).

  • We start by looking at brands, condition, and the needs of the store. Based on that, we may make an offer on the items we are looking to purchase from you. You have the option to accept or deny this offer. If accepted, we offer payment by cash, check, or trade credit. Cash is given for buys under $100, while buys over $100 are paid by check. Trade credit is a unique option that allows you to apply the value of your buy directly toward a future purchase, often on the same day. When trade credit is used, there is a hidden discount and we can reduce the amount of sales tax on your next purchase.

    • Items must be in ready-to-sell condition. Common issues such as stains, strong odors, or pet hair will be passed on immediately. All items should be freshly laundered and free of wrinkles.

    • We do not accept hangers. We understand that customers don't want their things to get wrinkled before selling; however, it slows down the buying process, and we don't have time to spare.

    • There is now a 25-pound weight limit per container, so we encourage customers to bring in several smaller containers rather than one giant tub.

    • We kindly ask that items are not brought in trash bags, as they can cause excessive wrinkling and create an unprofessional presentation.
